We at FFM have been anticipating this interview since 2009 when we first approached Clayton regarding how he stays fit on the stage. We are very excited to share with you how Clayton's fitness regime and pictures of him rocking his toned body. (Photos by Korby Banner)
 
FFM: Why did you start working out? 
I started lifting weights when I was in my late teens as cross training for racing Motocross. After I stopped racing and started music professionally it just became a mainstay in my daily routine to stay in shape and keep fit out on the road.

I, Amanda Lynn, first saw Sawyer on a facebook page called 519 Country when I called out a young man to prove he can perform hand stand push ups, this young man was Kyle.  What continued over the next 48 hours was a domino effect of people performing hand stand push ups clear across Southern Ontario.  I was being tagged in videos and comments and was so intrigued by everyone who participated but this one young man got a hold of my undivided attention and I wanted to know more; his name, Sawyer Harding. His story, inspiring.

My name is Jessica Kanstrup and I am a personal trainer, fitness competitor and aspiring fitness model from Ottawa, Ontario Canada. 

Fitness has been a passion of mine since I was 15 when I first started weight lifting in high school. I went to Algonquin College for my Fitness and Health Promotion diploma and have been personal training for 7 years now, since I was 19 years old. I have also been running my very own Beach Bod Bootcamp for the last 5 years through my workplace, Goodlife Fitness. I absolutely love personal training and helping change people's lifestyles for the better.
